Everyone I met in person was very professional. The staff worked hard to meet my needs. I found the exact car I wanted and was financed at a better rate than expected. I have one complaint. I filled out a preapproval application and then drove to the location and arrived within 10 minutes. In the next 30 minutes I received a text email and voicemail from ruby Guerrero. I didn’t notice these attempts until after my test drive of the exact vehicle I came to see. I sent her a text thanking her for her time and she sent me that said “ok, do you mind if I ask who was your sales person”. I found this to be rude and unprofessional. My sales person had to jump through hoops to remove her claim to me at a few different steps during the sale. Why did Ruby feel as if she owned me? I never communicated with her. My salesperson knew nothing of my online inquiry and I didn’t mention her attempts to contact me til after we came back. Other than Ruby pestering me, I had a great experience..
